Hi Everyone, I hope you will love shopping at Beautiful Hearts! Here are some of my store policies to help make sure I (Ariel) meet your expectations.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact me immediately by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). I will try my best to make any necessary changes for you.
Note: I will not be able to change or cancel an order once it has shipped.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
I cannot add additional items to an order once it has been processed, due to credit card security purposes. But you can place another order and then email me with your second order number, and I will do my best to ship both orders together. I will also refund you any additional shipping charges incurred from the second order.
Returning an Item
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you have received a defective item, please email me at email@example.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please send an email to me as soon as possible so I can get that mishap sorted out for you.
Items can be returned for a full refund.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
Note for Credit Cards: Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Please include a note with your name and order number. Also, include whether you are returning your item(s) for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the time I receive the return.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that I ship out your order.
Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
Items that are returned with make up or deodorant stains, pet hair, without tags attached, with any odors, smelling of cigarette smoke, or in any other condition other than new, will not be accepted. If I receive a return this way, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to get the item back to you.
If you receive a free item as a part of a sale, it is a final sale item. It may only be exchanged for the exact same item (no exceptions) if it is still available.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on my end.
Please allow me 5-10 business days to process your return once I receive it.
If you receive a damaged or flawed item, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receipt of your order. All damages require a picture that shows what is damaged and an explanation to ensure proper receipt. I will send a replacement for the damaged item(s). If the item(s) are sold out I will issue a refund. Note: In the case of damaged items I will pay shipping for the new replacement item.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please send an email to me as soon as possible so I can get the problem fixed for you.

Note: International Returns follows same policy above.
At this time because of the demand for our products & how quickly we sell out, we will not be offering exchanges. You can return your item for a refund. Please refer to the above procedures on returning an item.
