Hi Everyone, I hope you will love shopping at Beautiful Hearts! Here are my shipping and returns policies to help make sure I meet your expectations.

Note: If there is a problem processing your credit card, please check to make sure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please contact your credit card company if the problem persists.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. I cannot guarantee delivery times, but I do my best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Orders you place with Beautiful Hearts Boutique late on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.
You can expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days (or sooner), unless noted otherwise (pre-ordered items will have an estimated shipping date within the title of the product and on your confirmation page).
Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package’s journey to its destination.
Note: Beautiful Hearts Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has been delivered.
International Shipping: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country’s sales tax. I cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. You, as the customer, are responsible for any customs expenses.
If you have paid for Overnight Shipping, I will process your order as my first priority (within 1-2 business days, instead of the standard 3-5 days).
Note: At this time, I use USPS for shipping. USPS usually guarantees overnight shipments to most zip codes, but there are a few exceptions to which they cannot deliver it the next day, and instead only offer 2-day service. I will try my best to notify you as soon as possible if your overnight shipment falls into one of those excluded zip codes to provide you with any other option I can.
Once an order has shipped, I will not be able to make any changes to your order (such as adding items, size changes, or canceling an order).
